It not a typo but SetupTools syntax... It's not working yet because
a link needs to appear at http://turbogears.org/download for this
to work automatically which isn't there ATM. I'll try to get it
there as soon as I've got a chance... For the time being you can
install FormEncode from trunk by:
easy_install -U http://svn.formencode.org/FormEncode/trunk/
I've updated the links at http://turbogears.org/download and the
dependency_links at TG trunk. Update your svn checkout and try
again... Everything should go smoothly... (it does in a clean test
workingenv).
