Since this is a fairly close-knit community, it would be nice to match
project budget expectations with consulting rate expectations. Rates
shouldn't be listed on the wiki page, obviously. We wouldn't want to
see the same consulting need shopped around to multiple people on the
list to compare estimated prices, which is something a PHB may ask us
to do.

I'm sure craigslist has a system figured out, but is there a
convention we could use on the wiki page that conveys price and
availability without requiring specifics?

"$ - My rates are on the low end of the scale (perhaps because of
exchange rates), but I'm quite productive in TG. I am open to taking
on projects at this time."

"$$ - My rates have gone up a bit because of demand, but I will take
on projects at the right price"

"$$$ - I'm responsible for major TG Infrastructure and busy with paid
work, too. Big-budget projects or drop-in help only at this time,
thanks."

Obviously the consultants will want to reword and recategorize that,
maybe with separate shorthand for rates and schedule availability.

Some rough indicator will help consultant-seekers contact the right
person for their schedule and budget in the first try or two.
