Ted,

the old 1.1 branch that contained an attempt at porting TG to CherryPy 3
has been "scraped" when the core developers decided to begin the work on
TG2 which would be working over Pylons.

Our current 1.0.x branch is still based on Cherrypy2 and will stay on
this, because we hope to not break anything in this branch.

The 1.1 branch, on which development as already begun and which is the
continuation of 1.0 with some, hopefully small, breaking changes. One of
the things that are in the pipe for 1.1 is a new config systems that
de-couples TG config from CP2 config. Once the TG config is standalone,
then we will be able to have TG running on CP3.

For the moment theses are only plans and you never know when it will be
available (if ever). We don't want to make promises because this is open
source and we work on our free time on a voluntary basis.

Regards,
Florent Aide.
