VIM, definitely, I find GVIM to just be confusing. If you're gonna use
a graphical editor, I guess Emacs would be better.
VIM is so much faster when you're used to it.
But if you really don't want to learn to use VIM or Emacs, then I've
had positive experience with Geany and SciTe. Not sure if they exists
in Windows or Mac though. But they're okay.
