I use the Two True Editors: emacs and vim. <grin>

I prefer the emacs mode for python. I also like that I can extend it
thru derived mode and that emacs is modified by the elisp programming
language.

And I use linux mostly. But some years ago, I had the opportunity to work
with pythonwin (on windows XP/98) I really liked it, but I don't know how
extendable it is, which is a great strength with both vim and emacs.
