I use WingIDE, vim, and TextMate depending on the task and my current mood. ;)

WingIDE's introspection and code completion are very, very helpful
when I'm learning some new library.  TextMate is pretty light weight,
and feels native on OS X, and vim is everywere, and is
superlightweight.
