I vote skip it.

Especially if there isn't a developer who has both the time and the
energy to make it great.

I remember giving up on the whole toolbox thing because as soon as you
added a few items under catwalk, the footer covered everything up.

This was reported on the mailing list three different times by three
different people, in three different years---2005, 2006, and 2007 and
no one seemed to fix it.

2005:

2006:

2007:

(this one was by me)

Perhaps this is more of a catwalk issue than a toolbox issue---not
sure--- but my point is that probably:

-Not many people actually use these tools. The catwalk issue was
pretty major if you wanted to use it (but perhaps it didn't affect all
browsers)....yet there weren't many complaints which makes me wonder
if it was used.

- If we have the tools, we need to make sure we can support them well.

Now if there is serious developer will around it--- then that's a
different story. Then we should do it.

I do think a new video for TG 2.0 is a great idea--- but I don't think
a toolbox is necessary. Just someone plugging away on an editor for
20 minutes and making something awesome will be very impressive.
