I have decided to discontinue pursuit of a 1.5 release of TurboGears. This
is due to lack of community interest, changing job responsibilities, and the
successful release of TG 2.

I will continue to maintain the current SVN branch, and will port changes
from the 1.1 branch to it as necessary. The 1.5 branch will remain
compatible with 1.1, except for the issues outlined in the changelog. It
will just never be released.

The successor to the 1.5 branch is the GearShift project [1], led by Dag
Brattli. GearShift takes strong advantage of the additional power of
CherryPy 3, converting most functionality to CP3's "tools", at the expense
of introducing some more breaking API changes.

I'd like to express my thanks to those select people who checked out &
provided feedback on 1.5 during it's lifetime. Your input meant a lot to
me.

Thanks,
-Ken
