<nod>  We have a pair of patches for py2.6 and py2.7 in our RuleDispatch
package.  I'll be happy to move off of it, though.  TG-1.1 is built now,
just need to put it through some testing.

It did fail a unit test where javascript files were served as
text/javascript but the test case expected application/javascript.
I changed the test code to accept text/javascript as well.  I can open a bug
if you like but I'll attach the patch in case I'm moving in the wrong
direction.
