I would say likely not, though this is not as bad as it sounds. Right now, we're transferring our issue tracker, and getting things working on a new server, etc. Our next releases are 2.0.4 and 2.1.1. These are meant to be purely bugfix releases, with no new features. For the 2.2.0 release? Definitely I could get behind that. Possibly even for 2.1.2. The major things to do for your patch would be to focus on getting the testing coverage to 100% for your patch, and getting docs written for it so that others can use it.
