Especially for professional developers with specific and advanced
requirements, I think that in most cases, reading and understanding the
code is better than relying on some documentation.

Isn't that one of the great things about programming Python that you
actually can read the source of everything and not need to workaround
odd behaviour of some JARs that have been thrown your way?

For me, diving into the source code of TG2 and the dependant projects
(tgext.*, sprox, TW2, ...) has always helped at least to some degree.
