Jim,

The latest version of the SDO spec is 2.0.1 ... but the java interfaces 
are unchanged, so the latest version is still 2.0, which is what is in the 
repository under spec/sdo.
It looks like .../pojo/SDOType is based on the SDO 1.0 version of Type, so 
it would need to be moved up to 2.0 - or replaced with the SDO Type 
implementation class from the SDO project.
