I think the new site is ready to go live. There are still a few pages tbd, but all the content that is on the current site is in the new one.
I have created a JIRA issue with the site source attached. http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-667 The Zip also contains a readme with instuctions on how to modify the site and craete new pages. -David Wheeler
