The "How to download, build, and run a sample application with the
binary distribution" instructions work for me with your updated bin
distro. Thank you.

But, the "How to download, build, and run a sample application with
the maven distribution?" fails:

C:\tuscany.m2\src\samples\standalone\calculator>java -jar target/distribution/bi
n/launcher.jar target/sample-calculator.jar
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tuscany/ho
st/RuntimeInfo

Hi, David.

Thank you for the review.

It seems that the binary distro is messed up. The SNAPSHOT jars packaged in
the standalone distro had file names with timestamp instead of SNAPSHOT. It
is probably a result of the "mvn clean install" directly under the
distribution module instead of building from the top.

Anyway, I'll update them in a few minutes.

Raymond
