Main todo's that I could think of:
- Port the Web Service binding extension to the latest code, as it's
really important to have, and is also used by many integration tests.
I remember seeing a mail from the other Simon saying that he has been
working on this
I have this ported over to the r535430 level of the code (but not yet
upgraded to r536114). I have a few comments and questions based on this
exercise, which I will post here later today.
I'm now into debugging and I'll post progress and questions on this
as I make progress.
