Looks good, it's great that you revived this thread! Any other task from the Graduation checklist [4] that I could help ? You could maybe start a separate thread to discuss the resolution draft? Is everybody happy with the description? Also it's a detail but the common practice is usually to list people Apache e-mail address (@apache.org) for the PMC as it gives the apache id.
