For the time being, I'm okay with using the mailing list.  I'm happy to
add any bugs or features to Tux Paint's "docs/TODO.txt" file, as a reminder
to all who want to help hack the code. ;^)

Sam and others from Tux4Kids have discussed Bugzilla a few times, and I think
noone wants to deal with it - either setting it up, OR using it. ;^)
