I have added "bind_textdomain_codeset("tuxpaint", "UTF8");" just after the
"bindtextdomain(...)" call, and it seems to have worked!
I can #define RENDER_TEXT as "TTF_RenderUTF8_Blended", which gets
Lithuanian working, _AND_ still allows Spanish to work right.
I'm going to do a lot more testing, but I think this is the solution!
I'll commit it to CVS momentarily, if it works!
