Err, by this, I mean:
* If 'fullscreen' is set, it writes "fullscreen" to the config file.
* If 'fullscreen' is NOT set, it doesn't write anything to the config file
regarding fullscreen/windowed. (Since windowed is default behaviour)
Hrm, thinking about it, I think maybe that should be "fullscreen=yes".
I guess I need to work on that tonight. ;)
