I allmost allways compile TT2 fullscreen on windows the only reason that I didn't do
it this time in my mingw compile is due to one of my workers, John, who's pc took a
lightning strike. In the end he was left with an empty can (the pc) and a monitor that
NOW refuses to do 640x480! Since John and his grandaughter do alot of testing for me
and I only had time to do one, I left it windowed. The lines in main.c that you
refered to are relic of the old days (apparently Sam got a bunch of email). And they
are just as easily changed!

I think also the win32 compile should be fullscreen!
