I'd also love to see the option to place things like this in an external configuration file that would be loaded when the game starts up. I've actually gotten to the point where I personally loath apps that start up in fullscreen mode (personally, I still see the benefit in a classroom environment) and I'd like to be able to set that and have it stay.
