First of all, Kazakhstanians are not a race.  So whatever it is you
are objecting to, it's not racism.

Second, since you are not familiar with this series, it's not a
travelogue.  The show works very closely with local tourism officials
to bring the racers to each country.  So if you want to blame anyone,
also blame local tourism officials.

And most importantly, the show has one hour to show a bunch of racers
doing various tasks to race to the finish.  They do the same cursory
look at so called "customs" of each country they go to.  Sometimes
they do good things, such as visiting the "door of no return" in
Africa where slaves were sent on slave ships.  Other times they
disrespect country customs and even religious practices.  They are
equal opportunity offenders, if you take the view that each country
should be shown in the best light.

But if you take the view that the show's attraction is the
relationships amongst racers, then it is what it is.
