Austin's similar. Only KEYE (CBS) is shutting off their analog transmission 2/17, and I figure it's purely a cost-cutting decision -- they're owned by a private equity group that has apparently taken a real beating recently. KLRU (PBS) is waiting until the end of March and has been pretty explicit that they're shutting off when they are for financial reasons.
The remainder of our full-power stations are either network O&O (Fox, Univision) or owned and/or operated by large media companies (Belo, LIN,) and none of them appear to be at all interested in switching until they're forced to. It will be interesting to see if the gamble pays off.
