It happened again this morning. At least a couple of times each month, I hit the button to Refresh my subscribed podcasts, and one of them wants to download a raft of old shows. Today it was the 2006 and 2007 episodes of Skepticality. A few weeks ago, I nearly reacquired the Compleat TV Barn.
Is this a) a random iTunes bug, b) something which is the result of a coding error by podcasters that just happens to happen every now and then, or c) something I'm doing that I could prevent?
