ITV's U.S. arm is producing this version (and the 2003 ABC version,
when it was known as Granada America). Originally, it was announced
that A. Smith, the people who produce the U.S. versions of the Gordon
Ramsay shows, were going to be the producers of record for this
version, but instead I'm assuming they're using the Brit production
team. That MTV VJ got on because MTV's doing repurposing and Klass I
guess got on because the producers knew her when she was a
*contestant* on the UK version. In the 2003 version, ABC had John
Lehr of "10 Items or Less" and Geico caveman commercials hosting,
after I assume Tom Bergeron said no way in hell. (Lehr later did a
theatrical one-man show about his experience hosting "Celebrity.")

And I assume that Norton and Ross could be equally affected--they just
weren't physically in BBC Television Centre yesterday to hear their
big boss bring down the law.
