Has anyone seen local news ratings on a more national level?  Looking
at the article, I see that WNBC's 11:00 news ratings are down a point
from last year, which certainly seems bad... but while it's not
explicitly said, it sounds like WNBC is in fourth place now, and
probably was last year too.  (So I'm thinking the WNBC news program
may have bigger problems than its lead-in.)
