Thanks - I guess it is the "Diary market ratings books" that they are referring to markets not in the top 24. I did not realize they would have to wait to long for those numbers - if some don't get them until Christmas though, then this begins to make sense - some affiliates had said they would wait until January to evaluate the Leno experiment, others said they would wait until they saw the ratings from November, but I guess those are really the same time frames expressed different ways. -- TV or Not TV ....
