While the press release from last year announcing the new Comedy Central deal has no specified end date, the 26 new Futurama episodes have yet to air (supposed to happen mid-2010). I certainly don't see CC giving up rights to the new stuff quickly, and the same goes for the 4 DVD features. I have to think it makes sense for CC to keep the 72 original episodes while reaping eyeballs off the new (and newish) material.
