They would probably want to keep the break in the flow from children/family entertainment to adult entertainment. If CN blends too much into [as], viewers may stop thinking of them as separate blocks. That's also another reason I expressed doubt on my numbered suggestion list on airing Warner Premiere/DC Entertainment product. (Though I should note many of those suggestions were made with what I thought were winks and nods. I guess I should have put more Sarah Palin in my suggestion that *Time Warner buy Viacom in order to get access to Futurama*. To my defense, I was afraid I'd sprain my eyelid.) That's not to say they won't ever again run Clone Wars on the block, but putting it on at 9 would be like having Nick at Nite start its programming block with Spongebob Squarepants. (SB did air on n...@nitefor a few days a couple years back.) They'll likely stick with using those Fox/WB/UPN animated comedies and light action shows like Inyuasha as bookends. In fact, if they don't greenlight or acquire anything before January 2011 starts, I likely see Adult Swim fill out its slot with more airings of Baby Blues, Mission Hill, The Oblongs, Home Movies, etc. or bring back old eps of Brak, SG:C2C, Harvey Birdman, etc. Then again, they could surprise us, like they did with the Britcom The Office. I wonder if Adam Bowie (he is our member in the UK, right?) knows of any shows that would potentially catch the eye of Lazzo. Given that [as] (sorry.... AS still looks too much like the words "as" and "ass" in my mind) aired Darkplace, Look Around You and The Mighty Boosh as well. -- Wesley McGee http://www.ambivi.com http://sterlingnorth.vox.com -- TV or Not TV ....
