@CraigyFerg on the Tweety-Bird would be a good place to check.  He tweeted 
about the experiment almost as soon as the idea occurred to him.  His producer 
and assistant are also on Twitter and are reliable sources of taping info.

Do you mean you think the ratings would not be as high without the
audience, or do you think CBS has some intrinsic investment in having
an audience? Ferg said that they would evaluate the experiment, which
I took as at least a possibility that they would do more of these
kinds of shows.

I hope that those on the list who watch Ferg regularly will keep us
updated if they announce any more experiments like this.
