Same thing happens with the site ESPN would likely use to stream Olympics
coverage, ESPN360.com.  I didn't have access to ESPN360 when my ISP was
DSL Extreme, and I still don't have access now that my ISP is Road
Runner/Time Warner -- neither one has paid ESPN's fee for the right to
make it available to their subscribers.
