The End of Time was the last Tennant Who special. It's a two-parter with at least one name guest star. BBCA will air the first 11th Doctor episode starting the 17th.
There were rumblings a couple of weeks ago about a U.S. production of Torchwood, with the understanding that John Barrowman would be involved. It's all rather rumory/preliminary at the moment. I've not seen Children of Earth, so I don't know where things stand with the other characters still with the show. I've seen no indication of a future British series of Torchwood.
