Although they've kept pushing back the estimate for availability of the new DirecTiVos (at one point it was supposed to be sometime in 2009, then first quarter 2010, and now...). I was a big TiVo fan, but at this point, I'm happy enough with the DirecTV-branded DVR that I wouldn't switch to a new DirecTiVo if there were too much of a price premium -- I'd probably only switch if the surcharge were less than $5/month. -- Jim Ellwanger <[email protected]> <http://www.ellwanger.tv> -- TV or Not TV ....
