Noel Clarke who played Mickey ( and who actually wrote an episode of Torchwood) is now a BAFTA award winning writer and director now. His new film "4...3...2...1" was released in the UK just a week or two ago. Unless the money was right, I don't see Mickey coming back...besides he has his wife Martha to fight with now. helps that The Doctor took out that sniper for them.
