Yes, it will still be on TV Land.

That just means that, if television networks in countries other than the U.S. 
want to broadcast "Hot in Cleveland," they have to purchase the rights from 
Endemol Worldwide Distribution.  They can do so beginning at the MIPCOM 2010 
conference (MIPCOM is a big yearly "trade show" for international TV networks 
and other media-related businesses).
