Viacom doesn't have a syndication arm since they split up with CBS (and besides, MTV Networks was tending to give their shows in domestic syndicators to relatively small, independent syndicators rather than go to what was Paramount Television or King World--"South Park" is syndicated by Debmar Mercury and some small syndicator's distributing "The Hills").
