Yes, it does.  It includes the FOX audio and what is currently running
on each of the cameras.  It just doesn't have added graphics you see
on TV (like ball-strike counts) and it doesn't switch between camera
views in response to the director's instructions like it does on TV.
Using the quad view though with the behind the plate, center field and
the two dugout cameras, you get a very rich experience.

I wish, however, I could switch the audio feed to be one of the radio
feeds they carry.  I like to switch each half inning so I'm listening
to the audio broadcast for whichever team is up to bat.  I really
dislike listening to McCarver--he makes Joe Morgan look good as a
color man.
