True, but a part of the lawsuit (or maybe one of the lawsuits) was that NBC (or parent companies or subsidiary companies... honestly it was years since I was told the backstory, so I concede the details aren't fresh in my mind) somehow had a hand in both business channels, and somebody cried foul.
