It seems that on Sunday nights, they're already running over the hour, although not by outrageous margins (it's within the one or two minutes over the hour the broadcast nets engage in). Even though the rest of their schedule has odd start times regularly, perhaps the fact that the movie packages they're getting from the studios have already been "edited to fit in this time slot" (i.e. 2 hours) by the studio (along with the ever-popular "reformatted to fit your [SD] screen"), they're more concerned about starting on the hour than they used to. -- TV or Not TV ....
