Yes, he sat in the courtroom during much of the trial. Yes, he was OJ's personal attorney, though his license to practice had lapsed at the time of the murders. No, he never prepared or delivered arguments for Judge Ito. No, he never uttered a word in Judge Ito's court. No, he never questioned a witness on the stand. OJ's defense team was comprised of: Robert Shapiro, Johnnie Cochran, Gerald Uelman, Barry Scheck, Peter Neufeld, Alan Dershowitz, Carl Douglas, and F. Lee Bailey. There were other attorneys at their respective firms who assisted, but that was the so-called "dream team." I have no life now, but I had less of a life then. Robert Kardashian was not in any way responsible for the "not guilty" verdict. So choose another reason to pick on the Kardashian chick -- Lord knows there are enough other reasons.
