I use Netflix piggybacking on my mother's account. As a family we take out about 8 films a month on a 2 DVDs-at-a-time plan. Up until this year I pretty much ignored steaming. From what I understand of the change, she won't be charged any more than what she is now to continue. If she wants to save money she can cut out streaming and save $8 a month. I'd then sign up for my own streaming account. But I think I'd wait a month or so just to see what life without it is like. In the world of false choices, if forced to give up streaming it would just turn the media menu back to 2009 for me and if forced to give up DVDs I'd start taking them out from the library. -- TV or Not TV ....
