I wonder if I can join in the suit since dcp (then dcpi) owes me a
huge chunk of change from a decade ago.

I just had lunch with one of my first bosses in the industry. He is
working on a show awaiting funding -- it is a show that will happen,
but until funding comes in he has yet to be paid and is owed more than
$25,000. It is not a dcp show, but it is frankly not uncommon.
