Of course, that's because, in the words of Hank Sims, "'The FBI'--brought
to you by Ford and your Ford dealer!"  Of course Efrem Zimbalist would
drive a Ford and the bad guys would drive a Chevy with the nameplate taken
off.  At least Chevy sponsored "Bonanza," so no product placement, but once
when a script referred to "fording a river," Chevy kindly requested a
rewrite.
