I think you mean Sarah O'Leary, "award-winning creative marketer, author, and 
'big idea' consultant."

One paragraph in the piece starts with the phrase "the tenants of the FCC," so 
I'm betting she didn't win that award for grammar. (Or that the Huffington Post 
didn't win an award for copy editing.)

I wonder if she thinks news anchorpeople, or actors on TV shows, have to be 
individually licensed by the FCC.

I didn't read the comments because I don't need to lose any more brain cells, 
so I don't know if anyone may have attempted to correct her there.
