Answers.com adds Randy Quaid, nominated for "The Last Detail" in 1973. It would seem that Wiig's nod is unique in that it occurred while she was on the show, while most of the others were post-SNL (Quaid and Coe having received their nods pre-SNL). It's also unique in being a writing nod (at least for a performer, I'm not up to speed on Oscar nods for SNL writers).
As for my lack of interest in Wiig, it comes from not liking any of her characters. I don't respond much to funny that comes from awkward or annoying, and that seems to be her wheelhouse.
