The OTA nets (save ABC) are claiming copyright violations over the 
satellite service's Auto Hop feature, which allows viewers to totally skip 
commercial breaks on the HD feeds of the Big Four nets' stations in prime 
time, Dish wants a court to make a decision about their feature:

What I wonder is:  Would we be having all this if we were back in the good 
old days of single sponsorship and usually only six minutes of national ads 
per hour, 30-second station breaks between shows and full-screen credits?
