I would assume that Chelsea Handler is on NBCU's list of Fallon replacements if Fallon replaces Leno, but I personally am not sure if she would want to give up the gig at E! for a more conventional format at NBC (although I assume that she would want to move the panel discussion segment with her, she would probably have to do a more topical joke monologue than the single-subject monologue she does now at the top of her show).
