Fox states the contestants were cut loose when it was revealed the contestants had criminal records. The contestants believe they were not judged by the content of their character, but by the color of their skin.
Just so we're clear, I honestly don't care about AI, but I know that after the season of Big Brother (I think it was the 2nd) when one of the contestants brandished a knife in a threatening manner, it has been policy to cut reality show contestants with criminal records.
