Plus, I think Jimmy Fallon has a lot more arrows in his quiver when it
comes to filling time than most. He can engage the audience in the
studio for a game like Wheel of Carpet Samples. He can play a game
like Password with guests. He can play a song in character. He can do
a sketch like his Lost or Downton Abbey takeoffs. He can do a #Hashtag
segment or some other crowdsourced idea. The Roots can play a song. He
can premiere short films done by sketch groups from around the
country. He can talk about technology or video games like he did with
the PS4 reveal.
