You'll have to dive deep to get past all the links to the last Letterman appearance, but I've seen references to BriWi appearing on The Tonight Show (or at least intending to) in the Spring of 2011. I can't be sure if the date in question is when the page was done, or when the appearance was scheduled.
It also seems that he appeared on The Jay Leno Show. The linked video is of Letterman giving Williams grief over it. http://gawker.com/5620168/david-letterman-disses-jay-leno-asks-brian-williams-to-skip-tonight-show Given Letterman's usage and the URL, I'm not 100 percent sure he means "The Jay Leno Show" or just Tonight with Jay. Interview references suggest the former, and that there has been more than one appearance by Williams with Leno.
